I love Rory and Raz's relationship, and I think their players have done a wonderful job of building it it over the last year. Their thread today was equal parts awkward and adorable. I really look forward to see how things play out.
As for Lana and Rod, queenbookwench summed it up best. Slow-motion train wreck, indeed.
Raz is one of my favorite characters, because on the one hand, he's a great teacher and friend, and on the other, he's a horrible, evil Death Eater.
Prof. Sinistra has always been a mystery as to whether her work promoting the YPL really represents her beliefs, or if it's a show. The things she may now learn about Raz might give us more insight, in her reactions.
Especially since it looks like Raz might be questioning some of those actions... We'll see how deep those questions go and where that takes him in the years to come (as an aside it is so cool to be able to confidently say that an entertainment I enjoy is going to continue for *years* unlike the end of every TV season, Chuck *sniff* Reaper *sniff* Eureka *sniff* Veronica Mars *sob* B5 *sob* Firefly *sobsobsob*)
Now I had assumed (given Raz's reputation and how close they clearly were) that something had happened far earlier, clearly I was wrong.
I'll also agree with everyone else here slow-motion train wreck on the subject of Lana and Rod.
