Hydra frets to her father about an expected response from her mother. Lana Sandoval disbelieves a piece of bad news. Lucius seeks confirmation from Selwyn and Yaxley. He also consults the Lord Protector's staff looking for guidance. Professor McGonagall asks Lucius his opinion of the situation. Lucius further instructs Barty's clerk to protect his boss's office. Bellatrix answers Lucius and Rodolphus. Molly hears from Percy that he's staying late. Professor Lestrange turns to Professor Sinistra for support.

Ron suggests an activity for the YPL. Lana Sandoval checks in with Ned. Professor Sinistra wonders about Rabastan's state in the light of morning. Professor McGonagall suffers ill effects from her own evening. Bill snoops out the news that MLE have been keeping under wraps. Lana Sandoval worries that she has compromised herself in Rodolphus's eyes. Daphne mourns her fallen hero. Ron probes for reactions among the ISS kids.
